Returns & Delivery Policy

What is your returns/exchange policy?

Physical products

We accept returns where you have notified us of your intention to return the product via email at charlierewilding@gmail.com with subject reading “RETURN: [ORDER NUMBER]” within 14 days of delivery of the product.

You have 14 days from the date you notified us to return the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If your order is damaged or defective please contact us by email at charlierewilding@gmail.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise you to use a trackable service. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund can only be authorised on our receipt of the original item.

We do not accept exchanges. 

Digital products

If your digital product is faulty and you notify us of this within 30 days of delivery of the product we will replace the digital product.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Wherever possible we aim to post out your order within 4 business days from the date of purchase. 

Any orders received when the shop is 'closed' will be posted as soon as we return to our stock.

What do I do if I gave you the wrong delivery address?

If this happens you must email us at charlierewilding@gmail.com immediately. If we read your email before the item is dispatched, we can rectify the delivery address. We cannot take responsibility for a lost or mis-delivered item if the shipping address is incorrectly entered at checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship physical items to the UK only, but our digital products can be downloaded online internationally.
